Josías tiene una Licenciatura en Artes B.A., una Maestría en Divinidades M.Div., y un Doctorado en Ministerios D.Min. Josías sirvió durante cinco años como capellán del Hospital General de Los Ángeles (California), y como misionero por dos años en la Ciudad de México.
Actualmente, es pastor en Grace en español, ministerio de Grace Community Church, y decano de educación en español en The Master’s Seminary.
Josías ha escrito y colaborado en varios libros, entre ellos, «Griego para pastores» y «Textos en su contexto». Está casado con Crystal con quien tiene tres hijos.

Josiah has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.). Josiah served for five years as a chaplain at Los Angeles General Hospital (California) and as a missionary for two years in Mexico City.
He is currently a pastor at Grace in Spanish, a ministry of Grace Community Church, and dean of Spanish education at The Master's Seminary.
Josiah is the author of several books, including “Griego para pastores” and “Textos en su contexto”. He is married to Crystal with whom he has three children.
